This fabric was created by block printing a grey fabric, machine stitching, heat gun, bonding powder, metallic foils, more stitching then I cut up some fine bronze coloured metallic yarn I had over from my machine knitting days. I rolled hand skeins then cut it off in lengths of about 1cm (½") lengths. Again I sprinkled the surface of the fabric with bonding powder, sprinkled this with the bronze bits - then the heat gun. It is like a metallic 'fur'. Good fun! |
