Soozie's  proportions are comparable with the 

'CED' dolls.

Included are the patterns for the dummy and stand plus the basic blocks/slopers which include patterns for the front and back bodice - sleeve - front and back 'skirts' - front and back trousers.  

From these you can make any design you choose,  following the directions in any patterning cutting book.  You will need to  adjust the measurements to suit your needs.

The pattern for the 'mini dress', featured in the  photograph, to the left,  is the 'basic block/sloper' with 5cm (2 inches) added to the length .  

The pants to the right are made from the basic pant block/sloper patterns.

The 'jacket' is made from the basic bodice and sleeve pattern
