Sam's proportions are comparable with the 

10" Ann Estelle, (bendy knees) Sophie and Michael dolls.

Included are the patterns for the dummy and stand plus the basic blocks/slopers which include patterns for the front and back bodice - sleeve - front and back 'skirts' - front and back trousers.  

From these you can make any design you choose,  following the directions in any patterning cutting book.  You will need to  adjust the measurements to suit your needs.

The 'basic block/slopers' for the front/back bodice skirt and sleeve with length added to the hemline,

The pants are made from the basic pant block.

With the purchase of the patterns an explanation sheet is included for a 'how to make' overalls - it is this method that I used to create the 'play suit'!
