Henry's  proportions are comparable with the 

'Harry Potter' & Ron Weasley dolls.

Included are the patterns for the Dress Form and stand plus the basic blocks/slopers include patterns for the front and back & sleeve for basic Shirt - front and back for trousers.  

From these you can make any design you choose,  following the directions in any pattern cutting book.  You will need to  adjust the measurements to suit your needs.
