B Silky's proportions are comparable with the 

'Silkstone Barbie' dolls.

To the left is the Dress Form for B Silky

 Included are the patterns for the Dress Form and stand plus the basic blocks/slopers which include patterns for the front and back bodice - sleeve - front and back 'skirts' - front and back trousers.  

From these you can make any design you choose,  following the directions in any patterning cutting book.  You will need to  adjust the measurements to suit your needs.
