Adam's proportions are comparable with the Batman Action doll by Tonner Dolls. Included are the patterns for the dress form and stand plus the basic blocks/slopers which include patterns for the front and back bodice - sleeve - front and back trousers. From these you can make any design you choose, following the directions in any patterning cutting book. You will need to adjust the measurements to suit your needs. There is also Patterns, with seams, for Pant 2 and the Shirt My preferred reference books are:- Metric Pattern Cutting - by Winifred Aldrich Patternmaking for Fashion Design by Helen Joseph Armstrong

The Dress Form is a good place to store Batmans' cape!
The pattern, with seam allowances, for the shirt and the pants, to the left are included! |

This pant is made from the
'basic pant block' - included with the patterns. These pattern
pieces do not have seams. This pant is a close fit - the front 'tuck' or 'dart' are included on the front pattern piece. It is 'your' design choice as to which you prefer. |

Here we have the basic bodice for the front, back and sleeve - the shirt pattern was made from these patterns. |

The pants to the right are made from the - pant2 patterns - these pattern pieces are 'roomer' - giving the pants more room on the thighs and calves of the legs - also a little more ease around the waist. There is a front placket!
The Pants are made in light weight linen, the shirt is made of the same fabric to look like a jacket. The Shirt, made is a softer fabric, would 'tuck into' the pants.
The Shirt/(Jacket) pattern, with seam allowances, is included.
